If your children slide on their bellies from the waterslide, the lifeguards will punish them immediately by banning them from the pool for 10 minutes without a prior warning. Obviously, as parents, we can't accept strangers punishing our children. We do accept that rules need to be obeyed. We gave the lifeguard our feedback and ensured that our children won't slide on their bellies again. The lifeguard then reacted by getting two colleagues of the security and told us to leave the pool. It's absolutely disgusting that as a guest, you have three men towering above your beachbed forcing you to leave the pool. We went to the reception to give a formal complaint but we got even more threats from the manager. He basically didn't want to listen to our complaints and threatened us of being kicked out of the camping. We will never come back again, never, the people working here have other standards.

A nice place for a family holiday, the cabins are very small, particularly the double rooms, with virtually no room around them, fortunately the AC works excellently. The rest of the site is brilliant, plenty of activities to do, a big pool with slides and smaller splash pools for little kids. The supermarket on site is reasonably priced, and well stocked, beer across the site is is cheap and there is never a long wait for service, all the staff are helpful and friendly. A word of warning, I would advise you stock up on Mosquito repellent as they are very prevalent on the site, I was "eaten alive" on the first night... also make sure you pack a shade tent or parasol as there are no on site ones (I think you can buy on in the gift shop). Other than that, a great place to go with the family!

Love this place. It's our second year here . Always super clean, reps are friendly and helpful . I've always found the staff very nice and friendly. It's a little isolated but plenty of taxis and buses to choose from to get to cambrills. There's always plenty to do and loads fo entertainment. My kids were only interested in the pool and beach this year so I was saved the torture or Aladin 😉. It's a good fun family camp. Definitely highly recommend it.

Camping Plays Montroig is a first class camping on the Med Sea just south of Cambrils in Catalyuna. The site is spotless with excellent facilities and superb sanitary facilities and when we visited in mid April it was nicely uncrowded but I suspect in the height of the summer the place is heaving. This is our third visit and it is difficult to find fault, good pitches, friendly staff, lovely ambience.

Went out of season so it was comfortable regarding how busy it was, but a brilliant site,,really clean well kept facilities. We were on a pitch which was large with some shade. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want a beach holiday with lots of thingsto do then this is your site especially if you have children
