The campsite is very good, the sanitary facilities are clean and modern, but we only wanted to spend one night there and we had to take 2 nights to be accepted. This business side is a bit of a shame. However, it was in September, so after the peak season. The other disadvantage concerns the noise, there are entertainment and music until midnight, to take into account if you are looking for calm.

Love this resort for our family. We stay off-site in apartments provided. This is our third holiday to la siesta resort and always a great experience from water activities, restaurants, or just lying in the sun.

This is just beyond words. Location is more quite but your only 10 minutes walk to the main bars. The pools and facilities are just fantastic for everyone. The food is good staff are great. The show stopper for me was the kids club. We came out of season so it was mainly Spanish kids but the staff always made my kids feel included. The activities are brilliant like painting, slime making mini disco balloon modelling to mention a few. The pools deserve their own mention it's like each one was designed for everyone in the family from infant to grown up. Also the air con in the wooden cabins is superb!!! Can't wait to book for longer next time

Superb location, very clean resort, staff very helpful & friendly, pool's are spotless, good daily entertainment for all age's, bungalows have everything you require , restaurant & mini supermarket on site, short distance to beach & main strip.

Had a fabulous holiday at La siesta. Our wee cabin was so well equipped for our break. The complex itself was 5 star. Restaurant was delish and so reasonable. Cocktails yummy. Entertainment at night for the kids was great. Supermarket a short walk as well as bars & restaurants. All the staff were fabulous, from security to bar staff to the lifeguards. It was just me and my daughter (7) and we felt so safe. My daughter already wants to go back. Fyi we got the public bus from the airport to salou for €3.20 each. Got off at the big round about which was a 5 min walk from la siesta. So accessable x

Updated as I meant to give 5 stars 👍 All in all a great place to stay in Salou. Friendly atmosphere. Would return. Positives Great Animation Team. 5 stars! Great place for children Friendly staff (mostly) Great pools Great resort to walk around. Lifeguards very good Facilities brilliant Clean Safe and secure Negatives Buffet food not great. Not always warm. Chef very slow and only cooking meat to order. Should be more meat, fish readily available. Long delays waiting on food to be cooked. Bar sometimes understaffed and slow. Entertainment/activities great but directed more at Spanish, need to be a bit more inclusive UK and Irish guests.
