Staying 2 weeks. Were told by reception (male colleague) new sheets and towels would be delivered in the afternoon (following one week). We arrived back 21.30 to no sheets or towels - and old towels and sheets collected. Kitchen staff attempted to help as reception closed. Next morning lady on reception arguing with me that they were busy and that she told me that already that they were too busy to change after a week (I never spoke with her). Was very surprised on how angry and aggressive she was whilst as a paying guest with 2 small kids we were not delivered as promised and slept with no duvet covers etc. Certainly no apology forthcoming. Pity as amenities quite nice.

We visited the third week of July with our kids age 11-15. We stayed in Chalet 304 a spacious chalet fitting the family. One of the kids stayed on a comfortable sofa bed. The Chalet is located close to the pool. The setup of the chalets at the park is nice and Spacious. Above all the staf ( in particular Inge, the reception manager) was extremely helpfull and flexible in helping g out our needs. The pool was spacious and clean ford the kids and most if free of charge ( bicycles, minigolf etc. The adjacent climbing forrest was forr our kids a real plus. With plenty of ZIP lines. (charge 20 E pp when staying in the park). Also le PAL is only an our drive and an amazing ZOO/adventure park. We felt very save during COVID-19 here. Would definitely go there again!

First impressions are really good! Just arrived today in a really clean and tidy chalet. Looks like it has been recently renovated. Modern furniture. Basic kitchen but with dishwasher! Bathroom with small bath and separate toilet. Park is well maintained. Outdoor swimming pool looks like new, the roof over the 'indoor' swimming pool and jacuzzi can be opened. The petting zoo with donkeys, horses and goats is really cool! Unfortunately you are not allowed to swim in the 'lake'. Woman at the reception desk does not speak English, however other staff members do. The restaurant offers a basic but fine menu of burgers and other meats and salads. Upon arrival we received a nice detailed booklet (made by the campsite owners) about things to do in the surrounding area, as well as other handy information. So far, so good!!

Perfect location for family with kids. The people that work here are friendly and helpful all the time. Facilities are new and clean and bikes and other sport facilities can be used for free. This location is also very good in spring and autum. We will come back here.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Will definitely recommend. So peaceful and family friendly. But in a lovely way. And there is so much complementary activities. Lovely!
