As soon as we arrived they asked us for documents and immediately after the balance of the stay, I was a bit perplexed, I didn't understand. We walked around the campsite to wait for accommodation and I finally figured it out! If they had given us our money back we would have left immediately!! There is no cure for anything. The beach is dirty, full of even quite large stones, when you walk you inevitably hurt yourself. There is no shower, you have to go to the pool to have it. Paradoxically, the free beach has showers and is much cleaner and without stones. The common spaces are perhaps cleaned once a week. The apartments are spacious and clean, but here too everything is arranged and poorly maintained. The shower with mold and a very old hand shower attached to 140/150 cm. The bathroom sink faucet squirts water everywhere and all the faucets are full of limescale, including the one in the kitchen. My son's bed had pieces of polystyrene about 5 cm high between the base and the mattress. In the children's room there were flying wires coming out of the wall. The drying racks all rusty and sometimes broken. We didn't use the kitchen, but it didn't seem very equipped to me, there was only one cup for breakfast. At the restaurant you eat well, but the service is poor to say the least. I'm sorry to give such a harsh judgment because the guys are all very kind and helpful, but the basics of good catering are missing, organization inside and outside the kitchen and the cleaning and care of the tables and the space where you eat. There is no control of who enters and leaves the campsite, but above all, here everyone does what they want, at any time!! Families of 10-15 partying with loud music late into the night. People who rant from one end of the beach to the other or listen to the music they prefer so that everyone can hear it even in the least appropriate hours. This is the kind of people who mostly frequent this campsite.

Unfortunately the week is already over! We stayed as a family (4) in one of the villas. The structure is equipped with everything, air conditioning, crockery, etc. The cost of the stay also included the beach. In short, nothing to say .... Excellent value for money! Before leaving I read some bad reviews ... and then we arrived very skeptical. I changed my mind right away, right from the reception.

The welcome and the way of being of the owners Maria, Giuseppe, Fabio and Marco are of those that no longer exist. Available, friendly, affable and always present. The clean rooms, the swimming pool always in order, the well-kept beach service. The kitchen and bar deserve a separate mention. Cooks and waiters always with a smile, abundant dishes cooked by God with an always varied menu. And finally a place where there isn't the hassle of the entertainers and where you can rest. In the evening, if one wants, one can participate in any evening organized in the pool bar overlooking the sea and have fun.

Let me start by saying that I am a customer who has frequented Lianna for years, but never like this year have I been disappointed. I would like to point out that in other years the management was held only by Fabio and everything worked perfectly. This year when we arrived we were given a dilapidated and dirty room with cobwebs everywhere, a mirror full of other people's footprints, furniture that did not open, a dirty kitchen and a sink with uncleaned red stains, inside the cutlery drawers we found black bits and mould, the smell of mold lingered strongly in the room. Having made the inconveniences known, the cleaning staff railed against us rudely in front of the owner, Maria, who did not take action for the girl's rude behaviour. On the other hand, Maria is also a very rude woman, of few views, who creates discord among the staff, she seems like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, a double personality that clearly transpires from her behavior. Furthermore, I feel sorry for the kitchen staff and the pool lifeguards who are friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers, they try to inform the owner of the requests of the customers who are promptly ignored, however they are just employees and I can't do anything else than to follow the guidelines. A hint of light in that place is given by Mary Betty, the wife of Fabio, the son of Mrs. Maria. Mary Betty and Fabio were the only ones who cared about our cleaning request, thanks to them it was possible for us to have better accommodation. Furthermore, it must be noted that the remote control was reported missing, with the promise of having it by the first evening it never arrived. But the most serious thing was the presence of animation in the contract which was completely absent. I can't help but be more disappointed by this latest experience. I would no longer recommend it to anyone, and in fact I would recommend a refresher course on the human factor and customer treatment to the owner.
