El Castell de Guadalest, SpainCountry: Spain

Camping area for both vehicles and tents. It is located next to the climbing area, the owners are a very familiar couple, the man is one of the equippers in the area. It has few places, to enjoy the tranquility of nature. They make very abundant Mediterranean breakfasts, excellent meals (you must notify in advance, since the products are always fresh). They have a bathroom inside the house with a hot shower, they have a heater and if you need anything you can ask them. They admit pets (they do not discriminate by size and are very affectionate). You can bring food and they have an area for you to cook with your own accessories, drinks from outside are NOT allowed. They have a wood burning stove in the dining area. It is a very cozy and familiar place.

Simply magical. I can’t recommend this place enough. Basic accommodation with three terraces for camping pitches, and access to the house / cafe area where you can use the bathroom and shower facilities. The owner is very welcoming and you feel like family right away. Perfectly situated for a camping + climbing or walking break, and the town itself is picturesque. We stayed 2 nights in early February and loved the place - I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Excellent coffee in an amazing location, perfect for climbers! The owners speak very little English but are incredibly friendly and helpful, full of climbing advice as they bolted the entire area.

We stayed here for four nights with our campervan. The refugio is runned by a very friendly and welcoming couple! The campsite is basic and easygoing and located in a great sport climbing area, the crags are just a few minutes to walk. There are many new routes bolted, and you can get the topo in the refugio. Also we can recommend the delicious home made food! We would definitely anytime go back to this cozy place!
