Great campsite Big plot Directly at the sea WiFi included Good bread and croissant in the morning Nice personel Good sanitary facilities Nice pool Good restaurant tasty food

Easy to find well sign posted, access road is narrow, staff fantastic, you need a card to access & leave site, security guard at night, the pitch nice size, camp site very clean, facilities toilets very clean, washing up area good, laundry area, recycling bins, the pool lovely, they have a ball park which does get noisy, if you want a walk into the town via the boardwalk it is about a 25 minutes nice bar at the end of it otherwise very nice site.

I always try to find the positives when I'm leaving a review, so; the staff are very friendly and the toilet/shower facilities are clean and modern. However, the "beach" feels more like compacted hardcore, so take a mattress if you plan to lie on it. Arriving shortly after lunch for our one night stay we were allocated a good sized pitch quite close to the pool and facilities. Unfortunately, the whole afternoon was spent listening to the cacophony of a JCB breaking up concrete with a heavy impact hammer, so sitting round the pool wasn't exactly relaxing, but we couldn't escape the noise and just had to put up with it. After they finished for the day the site was peaceful all evening. Then at 7.50am we were rudely awoken by an enormous scissor lift driving onto our pitch within a metre of the van. It was powered by an old style diesel engine, so the racket and vibration was awful - made worse by our van filling with their exhaust fumes. We'd planned a relaxing morning before heading o

Not impressed they now charge 55c per kilowatt for electricity - I know there's been increases in energy costs but this is a lot..! The site is quite a distance from anywhere. We stayed here last year but now I'm not quite so sure it's for us 👎 It is much quieter than we've known it before and I guess that's down to the excessive electricity charges?

Fab campsite with great size pitches. Right next to a beach with amazing sunrises, and a military airport with fab plane acrobatics! Planes are a bit noisy but not disturbing. Toilets and showers are clean, drainage is an issue in some showers so don't leave fabric shoes on the floor! Staff in reception are lovely, and small shop on site is handy for bread and milk and stuff. We spent 2 weeks here and loved it, especially as the pool was open much to the kids delight!

Sanitary is better than the parking space next door. Always clean! Beach needs to be cleaned up. Legacies of the dogs!!! The water connections can only be used with an adapter. Can be purchased from the operator.

I stayed on this site in 2022, enjoyed it very much but the WiFi was terrible. This year stayed for 10 days on a front pitch. There are different prices depending how long you stay and what pitch your on. Wifi has vastly improved and very acceptable. You need some form of transport to get the village and local café’s on the beach. There is a restaurant on site which one night I dined in, food was good but everyone was seated at tables in rear of restaurant while front tables with views were left empty all the time I was there. There is an airforce base beside the site. I did not find the planes a problem but obviously some people do. On 2 occasions the airforce display team did there routine out over the water. Very enjoyable. I deducted one star because the man on reception I felt was not fully trained and people waited too long for check-in and out. The other thing was in the mens and ladies showers the drainage was mostly blocked and water ran out under the door to a different area

Road there was closed but you have two options to get there, one is a small road in horrible condition, and the other one is a small road in good condition, I'd recommend the second option, which DOESN'T go past the other camping, Eco something. Reception was friendly, facilities new and clean, wifi free, pool open and plots spacious. It was in every way a good campsite except it felt like there wasn't really anything nearby. The beach right next to it doesn't really look like it's meant for swimming and the town next to it was a bit far. It was a good camping place the location was just not ideal to me personally.

Great sized pitches. Lovely pool and restaurant.

Small nice campsite on the edge of a lagoon. Pleasant staff. Proximity to an aerodrome....reasonable noise!
