Nice Campsite, water and elect° at pitch. Hosts very friendly and helpful. 8 min. walk to the beach. Cool Kitespot when wind is on. Surf/Kiteschool near. Market every saturday on main road of town.Quiet, safe, chill.

This is a really nice and inexpensive camper park, €1 for a shower, electric is metered but our van relies mostly on solar so we don't use much. WiFi is payable (50c a day) but the best we have had on our travels. Bravo! Reading reviews I think our European counterparts just love to moan and want everything at rock bottom prices on their pensions. Who come in their massive expensive womos blocking out the sun for others and then moan about paying €1 for a shower lol!!! The planes are not even that loud and are amazing to watch, we never got bored. The facilities are very good, everything clean, yes the pitches require some weeding but as it's an eco site I'm presuming they don't like to use harmful chemicals which in most countries are licensed, I don't think people realise this about weedkiller bought in large quantities for commercial settings. Otherwise you have to do it by hand. The lady on reception is such a nice lovely person and very helpful and a credit to the site. I believe

We stayed here in 2021 and booked up as a last minute trip and it was very quiet not many tourists staying. The family who run/own it are lovely and the toilets/showers were immaculate. It’s situated right near San Javier airport which now only has Spanish airforce using it and we loved watching the pilots practice their manoeuvres. The price to stay here was ridiculously cheap.

Stayed on Camperstop for a few nights, friendly lady owner/staff. 10€ per night plus metered electric. Also 1€ for a shower. Toilet and shower area clean with plenty of hot water. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, top end of Mar Menor. Beach was very clean. Good promenade to go along with lots of Chiringuits for a drink or snack. Try and be there over a Saturday as the street market near by is very reasonable. Just a point as many people have mentioned, yes it is near the military airport and they do practice most days during the week. Not weekend. We didn't find it a problem.

Awesome campsite with super friendly owners who are willing to help with any needs. The atmosphere is familiar. Good fasciitis, clean hot showers and washing machines available. Enjoyed my stay a lot, definitely can recommend to plan a visit here.
