The campsite itself is lovely but we were kicked out in the early hours of the morning after our first night by the owner of the field, plainly because we had a five minute conversation with an acquaintance who drove their car around the field the night before. We were a group of four teenagers, therefore none of us are capable of driving and where relying on my mother to pick us up 3 nights later. We explained to the owner that we are incapable of getting home because my mum is a nurse and was at work the entire day and we had a whole car load of camping gear. I was called entitled and that if we didn’t leave the sight immediately they would just dump all our stuff on the side of the road. Overall I’d say the staff were incredibly rude we were treated incredibly unfairly and I will not be visiting again.

Perfect location for visiting Cromer, 10 minute pavement walk to the town. Friendly lady in hut at entrance. Campsite large, bit slopy but plenty of room and grass cut well. Facilities were clean but more showers are needed especially in high season. Showers could be a tad temperamental. Overall it was nice and we would return.

First time visiting this site. It was really quiet as we specifically chose a time while the kids are still at school. There were plenty of toilets, hot water, drinking water points and pot washing areas for the number of people who were there. The field was well kept and the grass short. Access was easy and there was a ticket waiting for us at the self serve admission hut. The owners were lovely and chatty, they came at least 2 or 3 times a day to clean and top up toilet rolls etc. Toilet and showers were spotless. The only downside was our ice packs were taken by other campers from the freezer which was disappointing, as we stayed 5 days it did impact the freshness of our food. Not a major issue but just be aware. Overall a great site, basic, clean and within walking distance of the town. We will be back for sure.

Beginners are welcome here at this lovely spacious campsite. There's so much space and the ground is nicely cut and firm. It was our first time camping and we had a great time. The hot water is super hot and the shower has a variable temperature and is enclosed in it's own private cubicle. There were plenty of loos and the washing up/freezer/power room had everything you needed. Jenny was really nice and helpful. I really liked this place and will come back soon! Sadly it rained in the night so it was a bit chilly in the morning, I'll pack warmer next time!

Large area good location to walk to Cromer 5 mins ! Minus no hot water in mens when went for shower , no hot water at all for women ! ☹2 day stay in August
