A very well maintained and clean camping with good and easy access to the lake. There is a restaurant on the site. We recommend the restaurant a little down the road to Villach. The camping has everything: good place to wash, room for doing dishes (including basic tools), enough toilets, adjustable showers with a hair dryer and easy access (with an app) rentable kano’s and SUP boards. There are some trees, but we would have liked more, both for a more natural aesthetic as more shade. All in all, we recommend a stay.

A campsite surrounded by other places on Lake Ossiach with its own bathing beach including a jetty. We were 'parked' in front of the actual campsite on a green meadow, since there were no other free spaces according to our wishes (2 WoMos standing opposite), but this wasn't a problem. Our pitches were on a green lawn, very quiet and right next to the toilet block, which was very clean. We also had electricity and drinking water in the immediate vicinity. If you order in good time, you will get fresh rolls at the pitch in the morning. Also, in the evening, a chicken seller opened up with a snack bar and you still got chicken and fries, even though you hadn't ordered (caution: give a tip before you did the math, with us the 'reasonable' tip was already included in the purchase price). For small purchases you have to walk 5 minutes to the competitor, where the prices are slightly higher than the Austrian average. And always remember, camper drivers say hello.

Very nice campsite! Friendly people.

Camping Kölbl / Ossiacher See, what a fantastic place to relax during your holiday. The camping site is very neat, the toilets, showers, and other communal areas are also neat and clean. The owners are friendly and very helpful in many ways. We stood with our camper near the water, so we had a beautiful view. In short, we once again enjoyed our stay.

Small and cosy campsite. Very clean. Somewhat older campers but therefore no loud neighbors during evening and sleeping time

Thank you so much, dear stuff, for your hospitality and good attitude, for all your work in the campsite! It is well organized and clean, not so over-crowded with people as in the neighbours. Pitches are big, lake is just here, in few steps. Good place for relax. I'm impressed with the flowers near the restaurant! We were here few days in the end of July, 2018, and for sure will come back once more!

Interesting site with amazing views and good pitches for both camping and caravanning. Prices are a bit high but it's a popular area. It's a couple of miles away from the major tourist traps so you tend to get more peace and quiet here. The facilities are modern but not too clean and the oddest thing is there are eight shower cubicles but only three toilets. I strongly recommend the site if you fancy the idea of camping right next to a lake in the mountains but otherwise remember there are plenty of choices along the main road.
