The campsite itself is a paradise… the señor behind the reception was very friendly and helpful. Bakker is within walking distance of the campsite (+/- 5 minutes walk) and the supermarket +/- 5 minutes by car. Swimming pool is fine, only the showers and toilets are combined. Since there are not too many, you will have to bite your lip during the shower if you want to go to the toilet. WiFi is free and works fine. The river 'Ticino' runs close to the campsite, which was great for our dogs for a walk and for cooling off. The 'Ticino' was also the biggest disadvantage and it weighed heavily for us ... in the evening between 20:00 and 22:00 we were bothered by far too many tiger mosquitoes flying in from the river. The stings are really more intense than our home garden and kitchen mosquito. In a span of 15 minutes we had been stung at least 50 times. 🤙

There is thousands of little flies around the whole camping its unbearable sorry marco but u cannot list this as a camping

This is a lovely site on the banks of theTicino river in Pavia near Milan. The owner & staff are very friendly & helpful. The toilets,showers - good supply of hot water - & washing up areas are spotless. The pool has a number of loungers and again is well maintained. There seems to be a number of shops within walking distance but we had visited a hypermarket a few miles away to stock up. Remember there are no admissions between 1 and 3.30 in tge afternoon.

The campsite was good, but the service with staff is minimal, although nice. For example, there was a coffee machine, but not staff to pay to use. The facilities are good, they are kept clean and there is a friendly atmosphere. The pool is lovely, but as other people have noted there are ALOT of mosquitoes 😂 It is in a good location with shops nearby for breakfast.

Well maintained campground. For us we didn't have problems with mosquitoes. Not overcrowded and green which is nice. Also for people with tents, an actually decent tent area so you arent squished between campers. Bathroom is not a cubicle so you have space to change. Shops not faraway. Perfect for an overnight stop or few nights. True thoughthat gates open at specific times, but this didn't bother us. Price for 2 people, car and tent for a night 27 euro which is unbeatable. Also a small farmers market near U Supermarket.

First camping experience and I must say quite positive. Toilets / showers and sinks x dishes kept clean by the staff. Separately, sink with hot water for laundry and coin washing machine (3.50 euros). Shaded and spacious pitches. It is a small paradise on the outskirts of the city; simplicity and tranquility are its beauty ..... relaxation !!!! It would be nice to have a vending machine for drinks, but that's okay too. Overall OK. On the plus side the pool, hot shower, clean restrooms, and a friendly owner. On the minus side millions of mosquitoes, slots size smaller than average, no food shops around, and terrible access rules (the gate is closed from 1pm until 3.30, so if don't take your car out before your afternoon is ruined. Same thing in the evening : the gate is closed after 9.30 until the morning, so if you want to have a nice evening out you will have to leave your car outside for the night). For that price I expected better.

Small and cozy. The pity is that there are few bathrooms (although they are doing more). When we were there it was extremely hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

Shady, grassy family owned campground with lots of trees. Friendly staff. Swimming pool, washing machine, no dryer. Dish washing facilities. Shower, toilet and sink are combined in single units. Luxurious, but inefficient when it is busy. About 2.5 km from town and 1.2 km from large supermarket. Bus to town leaving near camping. Gate is closed for cars between 13:30 and 15:30. Bus/train/metro connection to Milan takes about 1 hour. Walking/bike path behind campground along river.

Great campsite, small quiet and clean. Lovely swimming pool and a little further you can reach the river. Small sanitary block. Too bad that toilets and showers are in one room. When it's busy with a shower you can't go to the toilet. Free WIFI.
