Kamil the owner and his crew has an Excellent customer service. The hotel location is near to the water falls just a minutes away by walking.The bungalows are super clean including the suits. All the food they kook is a homemade and organic . so you don’t have to go outside and look for a restaurant. Beautiful view with swimming pool for adults and kids .

Amazing place. Just a shame they don't let women swim in a burkini. I wonder why it's not on their site or houserules before you book. We had the suite but the bungalows are just as nice and half the price.

A great place to visit, the owners are very kind, great service, great vue, clean rooms, quite place to get rest from stress. Moderate breakfasts...

They no longer accept guests to use resturant or pool. I cannot understand the lack of tourist friendly hotels in my visits worldwide you are welcome has paying guests to any 5 star hotels USA florida really know how to welcome paying guests to use restaurants or pool so not here

This hotel is simply amazing. Is located in the middle of the nature with amazing views of the mountains and countryside but at the same time with access to the road so it will be easy to arrive from anywhere by taxi or car and also at walking distance to the waterfalls (15minutes). The hotel is very beautiful...amazing views, amazing pool, all perfect. People very friendly and breakfast delicious as well as dinner. I will go back again for sure
