The owner, Ali, is a God-send of a man. He will do everything possible to make your experience in Merzouga one worth mentioning for years. His facilities are clean, the high-speed internet lives up to its name, and the location is a bit off the main drag which provides long peaceful nights for guests. This hotel/campground borders right up to the sand dunes so you have an unobstructed view from sunrise to sunset.

Six of us in 3 Motorhomes stayed at this Les Pyramides campsite, at the foot of the Merzouga sand dunes from 10th Jan 2023 for 14 nights, there is so much to do and see, from Camel rides, stay in the desert overnight, Quad bike dune safari or go by 4x4 jeep if you wish, but relaxing was made easy, with the simple charm of this place. There are no walls, you step right out onto the sand dunes from your motorhome, secure at night with a 24hr Guardian, Hot showers and European toilets plus wash stations outside your motorhome. The Hotel offers food which is the best we have tasted in the whole of Morocco, very much recommend you try the food here. If there is anything you want, Ali the owner who speaks several languages will be more than happy to help you. Totally recommend you stay here.

Ali.. thank you. One of the most relaxing stays. Simple services but clean. The best tajines (meat, chicken, lamb, vegetarian) we had in Morocco. Salads, frites, fruits and always the local "whiskey berbère à la menthe" and the beautiful atmosphere of the deserto chatting with Ali and the other guests. It's a campsite and a very nice hotel too.

Pleasant campsite, currently still in expansion, friendly reception with welcome tea. Nice view of the dunes. Dromedary rides at sunset and desert tours by jeep are organized at moderate prices. Dinner, tajine, was delicious! Recommended! Warm water would have been nice. But still 5 ⭐

Very nice place to stay. Everything great. Climb the big sand mountain to see sun goes down and take a day off in off-road and visit nice place.
