Very nice community, the place is on a very busy street, if that bothers you better look for a secluded place, it didn't bother me, there was no electricity on arrival, the main fuse was out, but was taken care of by a member of the community within a quarter of an hour , Fresh water would have to be activated at the moment. Electricity per kWh 50 cents, fresh water approx. 50 liters. According to the imprint 50 cents, service station only takes 50 cents pieces, community staff very friendly
