Nice, somewhat remote, small campsite with a warm welcome by a Dutch couple in the 'office' (canteen for check-in) which is a warm and cozy living room. Sanitary facilities are small, simple but clean and function well. There is a cute little river running through part of the campsite with a small bridge here and there. The camper pitches on gravel have some privacy. The environment is bushy. The nearby village of Bertogne is not special. But descend towards La Roche (approx. 16 km), which is more beautiful and there is more to do. The Ourthe runs in a wide arc through the center here. You are here in the middle of the Ardennes.

It is a very relaxing campground, The owners are kind, helpful and down to earth people.

A really great and lovely camping in the Ardennes. Your campground is between to trees so you will get the feeling that you are in the woods and not on a open field. The owners are more than nice and want you to have the best vacation you can have in the Ardennes. They know a lot about the region and will help you find the best places to go to. Situated between Bastogne and la Roche, there is more than enough to do if you like to hike and be adventurous. On the camping you can hire a fireplace dish and can buy firewood to have yourself a campfire at your campground. If you are searching for a nature camping this is definitely the place for you

What an amazing little hidden gem. The place is wonderfully lush and green, the chickens roaming around are so cute. The hosts are incredibly friendly and warm hearted, and so helpful. Washrooms are very clean.

Such a lovely place, friendly and helpful hosts, everything is clean. Great for families. We liked it so much that we're going back in less than 3 weeks :)
