City Camping Antwerp is a pleasant city campsite for families and tourists. It is located in a quiet location next to the marina on Antwerp's Linkeroever (Left Bank). You can be in the Historic Centre in no time via the iconic Underpass under the River Scheldt or the free ferry.
Everything you need can be found nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes a bit noisy and crowded place. Swimming pool and several restaurants nearby.
An excellent city campsite in an amazing city! Great location to access the city via cycle or on foot through access to the tunnel or to the free water ferry. Easy to get to from the motorway network too.

We spent great time in this camping. Close connection with the city center through metro or ferry, nice facilities and big pitches.

Overall it's an ok campsite for a good price (for western European Standards). The bathrooms are clean, albeit a bit smelly occasionally due to plumbing problems. Unfortunately no kitchen, but there is a shared space where you can charge your phone and meet fellow travellers.

Nice campsite, good facilities and friendly staff, however completely ruined at night but surroundings.
We spent two nights camping, first night the a tennis club played loud music all night. The second night we had people playing soccer and a skate park till the early hours.
Sleep during the day because you won't at night.

I was tired of my lady
We'd been together too long
Like a worn out recording
Of a favorite song
So while she lay there sleepin'
I read the paper in bed
And in the personal columns
There was this letter I read
If you like piña coladas
And gettin' caught in the rain
If you're not into yoga
If you have half a brain
If you like makin' love at midnight
In the dunes on the cape
Then I'm the love that you've looked for
Write to me and escape

ATTENTION ENVIRONMENTAL ZONE, it is essential to register the vehicle beforehand. Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to make a reservation because we didn't have our tan generator with us (once again a "must have" learned), so we drove straight to the campsite. Unfortunately, from our point of view, we arrived too early. Were at the campsite at 1 p.m. and despite the hustle and bustle in the reception, which did not look particularly nice from the outside, and the personal contact with the lady there, we were referred to the opening time from 3 p.m. And here we learned to love German punctuality. Not at 3 p.m., but at 3:15 p.m. the lady started to boot up her laptops (2 pieces). At around 3:30 p.m. we were able to choose and move into our pitch ourselves. Here, too, the damp weather meant that you had to stand at least with the front wheels on the circular path, which made leveling the WoMo impossible. The next day we found 2 boards from our neighbor who had left, e voila, WoMo is standing right now. The sanitary facilities are different inside than the outer skin would suggest, well-kept and very clean. There are a number of ways to visit Antwerp. By bike goes without saying, by free ferry in 20 minutes, with the fee-based water bus in 5 minutes by foot or through the Sint-Anna tunnel (regardless of whether on foot or two-wheeler, you have to have used it and the wooden escalator once). And of course the parking space lives from it. Antwerp is a beautiful city with many sights. Ideal for marveling at the diversity of architecture or just for shopping. At 35 euros, the place is not exaggerated given the location and what is offered, I call it fair. There is also a bread delivery service, but not every day. And remember, camper drivers say hello.
Nice clear campsite with excellent facilities. Outside the campsite there is a large playing field, harbour, outdoor swimming pool, football field, you name it. And the water bus to the center of Antwerp is ideal. For 1,- pp a return ticket.
Neat campsite. You can take the free ferry to the center of Antwerp. If you are willing to walk a little further, you can take the pedestrian tunnel to the center of Antwerp.
