Fairly newly set up campsite, planting still young, spacious camping pitches, brand new and clean, nice sanitary building, nice contact with reception and carefully prepared campsite brochure with lots of information. We walked to Houten station (25 minutes) and took the train to Utrecht, which was doable! There is no shop or sandwich service on the campsite, but fresh eggs and regional products from a vending machine. Campsite is being expanded with a playground etc so plenty of plans here, our stay was fine, nice view of the meadows and very quiet!

Stayed at this campsite for three nights. Very friendly people! Very nice quiet campsite with beautiful new sanitary facilities! We stood on the edge of the campsite with a wide view and with spacious pitches. The location is very nice between Utrecht (less than 10 km by bike to the center) and the rural surroundings of the ridge. Close to Houten for your shopping, or get delicious bread at Restaurant / bakery Vroeg (2.5 km by bike)

Beautiful campsite with super nice operators. There is a vending machine with regional products. It is 30 minutes by bike to Utrecht. Alternatively, you can cycle to Houten in 10 minutes, park your bikes directly in the train station and then take the train to Utrecht in 10 minutes. The sanitary facilities are new (2023) and always clean. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great campsite. The front is on a noisy road but the back is on fields and awesome. Clean toilets and kitchen and playroom even!!
