We had a lakeview fully serviced pitch, very peaceful site. Could do with more facilities in the toilet block, only 2 toilets and one shower in the ladies, saying that, I never had to queue though, I believe it to be the same in the gents side. The pitches aren't very level, so remember to have some ramps with you. The view towards the lake was very nice, surrounded by trees.

Brilliant landlords, always there to help. Stunning area and location lots to do. Showers always get cleaned but could do with a new update. Would definitely go again. Perfect for a little holiday get away.

It's a little tired and could do with a good tidy up of the site in general. The grounds are nice but there are shale paths as access to the camping areas which are looking the worse for ware. Toilets/showers were clean but dated and washing up facilities were just to small for the number of people on site

Unfortunately no one on site to talk to, uneven pitches even - we weren't straight even with the blocks, dryer doesn't function, and it's muddy., no wifi too. The only positives were tap water right on the pitch with an electric hook up, book online and lovely place in nature. With 27 pounds one can find a better place than this.

Fantastic site. Freshly redone hard standing pitches with electric, water and waste to the rear. I needed a warden to come and show me how to turn on the hookup but she came round quickly despite it being past 8pm. Facilities were clean and well heated. There was even a library of books, dvds and games which was great as we’d forgot to pack anything to watch. Definitely recommend and will return if we ever need a site in this area.
