Beautifully located campsite, especially by the idyllic flowing Semois. But also because of the flat green grass and countless trees. And you can really pitch your tent or camper right up to the water. No mobile homes available! The campsite is actually an island (the name says it all). Over a small bridge (photo 10) you enter the site, which is beautifully grassed. There is also plenty of shade. The brown café is warm and cozy, with lots of tasty beers. The operators are NL. The reception (B, speaks French) is also a small camp shop, but they don't have much. The other side of the Semois is pure forest. The nearby village of Frahan is beautifully situated on the Semois and has an old pedestrian bridge to reach Rochehaut with a steep climb (photo 11). Worth taking a look.

Friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities and a cozy bar with delicious beers. Nice atmosphere! The road to the campsite is quite narrow.

Camping as a campsite is meant to be; clean, quiet, large spots, rippling water and birdsong!
