Asphalted parking space directly at the biathlon stadium. Very spacious pitches, trailers could be left attached. Arrived late for one night. You can check in at the machine and get a card to open the barrier. This also takes you to the sanitary building. The latter was clean, you have changing rooms and shared showers. The location is quiet ... you could eat in the Grenzadler, as long as it is open. Unfortunately never was with us. Price was 20 euros per night.

Fine as a parking space. The overnight price is just about fair. Exudes the charm of a motorway parking lot. Located away from the town center. Is intended more for friends of biathlon, who are right in front of the arena in winter. In summer there is more of a grill station without shade and due to the wind there is no opportunity to extend an awning. Electricity price now at 1 € for 1 kw. That's steep. Showers also cost extra. Disposal is at least neatly solved. There are better places to stand that don't win beauty contests either, but are better located. There is still a lot of potential upside.

This pitch offers you all the few necessary things to make ends meet. There is electricity with coin-operated machines at each pitch. A supply of fresh water and disposal of gray water and toilet is provided. There is also the possibility to shower and use the toilet in the nearby Rennsteighaus. The sanitary facilities were clean and there was no reason not to use them. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights and didn't miss any comfort. We used the parking space as a starting point for hiking tours in the region. The parking space is perfectly adequate for this purpose.

Clean place, everything is paved and extremely crooked. Bring enough wood to build on. Garbage, sewage, drinking water, electricity, toilet and shower on site. Electricity €1 per k/wh I find a bit more expensive, showering 50 cents per 3 minutes means showering quickly. Toilets are very clean. Calm but windy. There is a lot to experience in the area. Tip for a good dinner is the Waldschlösschen restaurant, about 800m away in the direction of Oberhof. Tastes very delicious 😋

We were here for the second time, as far as everything was clean and functional, price-performance ratio was okay, which is not nice, 1 toilet only access through the washroom and shower room, too much moisture, the restaurant and the bratwurst stand had delicious food and the playground was great

Top pitch paved with neatly marked spaces. The downside are the completely closed toilets and washrooms in Corona times. Others can do that better.
